El Doc is designed for supported PDFs, Word documents, laboratory and radiology reports, prescriptions, clinical notes, discharge summaries, medical images, captured photos, voice notes and text notes. Supported formats may vary by product release.

El Doc processes the file, extracts relevant information, prepares it for your review and connects approved information to the longitudinal record. The original source remains attached.

Open the result and choose its source link. El Doc should take you back to the original document, page and exact supporting location so you can compare the extracted value, date, unit and reference range.

Mark the extracted value as incorrect and enter the correct value. El Doc uses the user-entered value from then on. The incorrect extraction is not deleted or overwritten in the database: it remains retained with the status “Overwritten by user,” but is excluded from views, summaries, graphs, AI processing and other outputs. The original source document also remains unchanged.

It identifies the report and key findings, distinguishes normal from abnormal using the report’s context, explains terminology, relates findings to the available patient history, states uncertainty and missing information, and highlights appropriate follow-up or urgency without inventing a diagnosis.

El Doc is designed to let you compose a view around the information you want to follow. Results, dates, diagnoses, medicines and related events can appear together while each item remains linked to its source.

Separate profiles support personal records, children with guardian consent, adults helping adults and caregiving relationships. Each person’s record remains distinct, with ownership and consent preserved.

You choose who receives access to your El Doc record, decide how long access remains active, review important activity and revoke access whenever needed. You do not select individual sections of the record to share.

Open the active access entry for the person and choose “Revoke access.” Their access should end while the record of the sharing event remains available in the activity history.

No. El Doc extracts, organizes and explains available information, identifies possible relationships and missing context, and helps prepare questions. It does not diagnose the patient or make final clinical decisions.

With patient-granted access, a doctor can review the evolving longitudinal history, summaries, trends, family context, conversations and original source evidence before visits and throughout follow-up. AI outputs remain support for professional review—not a diagnosis from El Doc.

El Doc is designed around visible access activity, time-limited grants, revocation, data export, deletion and account closure. Final public security and privacy claims will reflect the verified production architecture and applicable policies.
